How it works

Booking rules, payment terms, service delivery, and refund policy.

📋 Booking process & timeline

  1. Open the Telegram bot @YoTeachClub_bot.
  2. Select your language and agree to the data processing policy.
  3. Choose a meetup from the schedule.
  4. Add guests if needed.
  5. Tap "Pay for seat" and complete the payment on the Robokassa page.
  6. Receive booking confirmation in Telegram.

Registration is available as long as there are free seats. Booking is confirmed upon successful payment. Payment processing takes up to 5 minutes.

💳 Payment terms & methods

Payment is processed online via the Robokassa payment service.

Available payment methods:

  • Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, MIR)
  • SBP (Fast Payment System)
  • Other methods available in Robokassa

One seat costs 500 ₽. When booking multiple seats, the price is multiplied by the number of seats. Payment is accepted in Russian rubles (RUB). A receipt is generated automatically after payment.

📅 Service delivery

The service is the organization and hosting of an offline English speaking club meetup.

  • Meetups are held at cafes in Moscow. The exact address is listed in each event description.
  • Each meetup lasts 90 minutes.
  • Date and time are shown on the event card in the Telegram bot.
  • The service is considered delivered at the time of the meetup at the designated place and time.
  • Food and drinks at the cafe are not included and are paid for separately by the participant.

🔄 Refund & cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund:

  • Before the meetup: send a message to the club host on Telegram (@yoteach) requesting cancellation. Include the meetup date and the name on the booking.
  • Deadline: no later than 24 hours before the meetup starts.
  • Processing: the host will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours. The refund is issued using the same payment method.
  • Refund timeline: within 10 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
  • Refund amount: the full price of the booked seats. The refund is issued without any deductions or fees.

If a meetup is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund is issued automatically within 10 business days.
